Practice. A game. A devotion.

Each division meets once a week for a 90-minute session that includes an organized practice, a standard Upward game, and a team meeting/devotion. The first four weeks are practice-only to build skills and prepare for games. After that, each week includes a shorter practice followed by a game.

Every child plays. Every child learns. Every child hears the Gospel.

Sign-ups typically run September through November.

Here's the most recent season's timeline, so you know what to expect:

• Registration opens: mid-September
• Registration closes: mid-November
• First practice: first week of December
• First game: third week of January
• Cost: $100 per child (includes jersey, ball, and season-long participation)
