Each team member gets a few individual workouts (we provide the plan) throughout the week, plus a group workout on Saturday mornings. The season culminates in a team 5K / 10K on Saturday, July 4 — celebrating America's 250th birthday at the finish line.
You can run, you can walk — all at your own pace. There's no pressure, just encouragement and fellowship from your team and our veteran Run Coach, Steve Camp.
